A sense of good menswear is that unique ability to combine the right tones into a rich colour canvas fitted into one right-on-the-spot look.
The line between style and masculinity is a very delicate to walk, yet Simone Marchetti walks it like a pro. With his keen eye for high tailoring, mixed with that unique eye for colors and patterns and that unique amicable confidence characteristic to him, Simone is always a sight to see and snap. As he walks by in this burgundy, patterned combination and Prada shoes, it’s not only his walk that commands attention, but the entire way he carries himself. Strong, yet stylish. As always.
“Can you make me look taller?”
With humor and style, you can go great distances. Fresh out of the Parisian Fashion Week debut on women’s ACNE, MyTheresa’s Justin O’Shea and Veronika Heilbrunner shared a laugh and a moment right outside. Going beyond their impeccable style, it is their attention to detail and tailoring that elevates their eye for fashion and each other. The metal detailing on both their shoes, that good eye for just the right amount of color, and that all around sense of identity are just a few of the factors elevating them beyond. Talk about an it couple.
I have always admired Jone Nielsen’s aesthetic. Perhaps it’s his allure as a designer that gives him that edge to combine urbanity with classic nature. Or it’s the simple fact that he is a man in touch with his persona and suits it exactly right. Nonetheless, it’s Jone’s mix and match that not only make him worth snapping, but also put him on a one to watch radar.
Damir Doma’s aesthetics always inspire me. Something about those silhouettes catering to masculinity with a hint of an androgynous nature in their cut seems both modern and poetic. That’s why I always like to see men in Damir. Caught Alexander Lindseth, a design student at TEKO in Copenhagen. In all black, Alexander was walking proof of the idea of everlasting and a new sense of classical masculinity.
One of the most stylish, amicable faces of fashion week, Hamish Bowles from Vogue US is a synonym of his style. Always right on spot, with dashes of color and extremely sophisticated. A true man knows how to play with color and accessories and maintain his persona and personality. That is what Hamish does. Delightful.
